The team at NexGen are awesome! They provided us with great personal service and gave us realistic time lines and information through every step of the process. Even with inclement weather the crew was on-site when they said they would be there. They were skilled and efficient and completed the house wrap, new siding, and roofing so quickly that even my neighbors are impressed. The whole team deserves a five star rating!!!
Had a great experience working with NexGen for a new roof after a hail storm. Eric was very prompt and helpful, with great follow-through. The roof was done very quickly and it looks great. Eric even came out after another recent hail storm just to assess if there were any new problems and found a broken skylight. If it wasn’t for him we would have never known and could have had water damage. Thank you very much Eric and NexGen.
After a tree fell on the house we contacted NexGen Exteriors to replace the siding from the claim. The crew that came out was fast, respectful and did a beautiful job. They also replaced the soffit all the way around the house and it looks amazing. Such a professional company. Thanks for the great work!
Total class act! I had damage to my house due to a hail storm. I met my insurance adjuster and he was convinced there was no damage even though every roof within one mile was getting replaced. A friend of mine told me about Shawn at NexGen. Shawn and his team handled his claim and he rated them a five-star so I gave Shawn a call. He not only found excessive damage to my roof he also found damage to my siding, fascia ,gutters, front window, shed and garage doors. The NexGen team is extremely knowledgeable and are very good at what they do! Shawn, Mike and the NexGen team came up a damage estimate and went to bat for me!!! I scheduled a reassessment and Shawn met with my insurance adjuster and got everything Shawn had assessed covered! I worked closely with Shawn and Mike with my repairs and can’t thank them enough. Through this process I’ve gotten to know the entire NexGen team. They are truly professionals and are very good at what they do! Shawn, Mike and the behind the scenes team at NexGen handled everything. My house was finished in a timely manner and looks like a new house thanks to Shawn and the team!
