Ayden was super helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me about the hail damage and my insurance policy. But the best part was how friendly he was - he even called another work colleague to come over here and move my recliner couch and chair from the living room out to my garage!!Saved me $300 the movers were gonna charge me! It's a family owned company and that's the kind of people I want working on my roof - hands down!!

NextGen Exteriors recently completed a large project which included the roof, siding, metal window wraps and gutters.Travis was an intrigal part of getting the project going by dealing with the insurance company, which was complex.He promptly managed providing any and all additional required documentation, face to face interactions with inspectors as well as clarifying any questions we had and resolving a couple of minor concerns.All of the physical labor specialist who worked on the project were also pleasant to interact with. If we had any questions, they were eager to explain things to us. The lead also promptly contacted Next Gen if there was a question or concern which needed to be discussed and resolved.We were very pleased with the gentleman who did the window wrapping. There was one window in particular which was in a very tight corner and he managed to complete the wrap in impressive fashion.I highly recommend Next Gen. We are very pleased with the results.

Mark Peterson and his partner Jeremy examined my roof and found there was no significant shingle damage. This was following a recent storm that went through our neighborhood with strong winds and large hail. Their professional honesty and no pressure approach made it a pleasure to do business with NexGen. They will definitely be the people I call if another storm comes.

The whole experience has been great ! The other contractors we have talked to had a used car salesman type attitude , We ve been working with Jared ..He's done a great job of explaining the process, recommending products ,styles and following through ! Highly recommend NexGen !

Jake came out to my parents’ house and replaced their roof quickly. Several other contractors came out during the storm, but they were very pushy. Jake was professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. He made the entire process simple and stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a new roof.

The company was thorough in the original planning. But the person working with us left and some issues were not fully explained and the communication on the project start time, and once the project started was lacking at times. The siding crew was awesome. Tyler called me towards the end and listened to my concerns. Chad, the site boss was excellent at listening and problem solving. The finished project looks excellent.

David Erboesser was great to work with. He worked with my insurance company to make sure they covered the roof replacement due to hail damage. Tear off and shingling were done in a day and the workmanship was excellent. There were a couple issues that needed to be fixed but Nexgen addressed this quickly to make sure I was happy with the end result

I needed one window replaced so I contacted NexGen Exterior based solely on customer reviews. David Erbstoesser, sales representative, contacted me quickly to set up an appointment for an estimate.David forwarded an estimate and other appropriate information in a timely manner.The electronic communication was simple and straightforward.David also assisted in communicating with the installation team and setting up an appointment for the installation.I found David to be professional, personable and a great communicator! He was an absolute pleasure to work with!Adam Vue, who installed the window, was awesome to work with. He was very professional and obviously knowledgeable about window installation.Adam did a great job installing the window. He was efficient and very thorough. Adam cleaned and vacuumed the installation area and left it looking better than when he showed up!The payment method and all paperwork was done electronically and was very efficient!I highly recommend NexGen Exteriors!

Had a couple different local companies come evaluate the condition of my roof as wellas give an estimate of replacement. I easily decided to go with Nexgen. Cody was prompt, professional, respectful of my property and myself, and very thorough. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered along the way. The estimate given was well organized and easy to read. Cody assisted with the insurance claim, met with adjustors and was onsite the day of replacement. Great communication on the side on Nexgen made for a smooth replacement on our side. I would not hesitate to recommend Cody or Nexgen for your roofing needs.

NexGen did a phenomenal job for me. My insurance company initially denied the claim. Travis then did all the work to convince the insurance carrier they were obligated to cover a full roof replacement. NexGen handled everything and kept me fully informed. They allowed me to choose when I wanted the work done. They showed up exactly when promised and did everything right. I was impressed with how completely they cleaned up when the job was done. They followed up to make sure I was happy with the entire process. NexGen did everything I could expect, just as you would want a contractor to handle a big important job.

NextGen battled with my insurance company for 5 months to get full roof replaced after hail damage, instead of the partial replacement insurance wanted to doI never felt pressured to add any more to the job.The crew that did the job was fantastic, and the clean up was incredible.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! After 2 hailstorms and being left high & dry by our insurance (gulp) we had to get a new roof! Zach was willing to go to bat for us with our insurance and provided photos & even was on the roof with the ins co inspector, pointing out the issues. Zach was incredibly knowledgeable and hung in there even when we felt there was no hope. While our insurance finally left us out in the cold, we never felt pressured by Zach to sign up, yet we decided to go ahead, since Zach was our constant companion with the insurance debacle, and since NexGen is certified installer for the 50 year shingle (by GAF, UHZ???) and we can transfer warranty to new owners some day. After the install (SO ORGANIZED, CLEAN, COURTEOUS, GREAT CREW) our trusty Zach came back to inspect and noticed a very minor issue with one of the shingles not being absolutely Perfect, and next day a guy came out to replace that one shingle. We are very happy with our new roof, and the gift of personalized attention from Zach which is so rare these days. HIGHLY recommend NexGen roofing!

We were so happy to work with Chris for our 2 roof replacements. He was very responsive and kind. Always followed up quickly and kept the project focused and moving forward. They also beat pricing of other shops and had the longest workmanship warranty! I highly recommend Chris Scharmer and the NexGen Exteriors team. Such professionals!
