NextGen battled with my insurance company for 5 months to get full roof replaced after hail damage, instead of the partial replacement insurance wanted to doI never felt pressured to add any more to the job.The crew that did the job was fantastic, and the clean up was incredible.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! After 2 hailstorms and being left high & dry by our insurance (gulp) we had to get a new roof! Zach was willing to go to bat for us with our insurance and provided photos & even was on the roof with the ins co inspector, pointing out the issues. Zach was incredibly knowledgeable and hung in there even when we felt there was no hope. While our insurance finally left us out in the cold, we never felt pressured by Zach to sign up, yet we decided to go ahead, since Zach was our constant companion with the insurance debacle, and since NexGen is certified installer for the 50 year shingle (by GAF, UHZ???) and we can transfer warranty to new owners some day. After the install (SO ORGANIZED, CLEAN, COURTEOUS, GREAT CREW) our trusty Zach came back to inspect and noticed a very minor issue with one of the shingles not being absolutely Perfect, and next day a guy came out to replace that one shingle. We are very happy with our new roof, and the gift of personalized attention from Zach which is so rare these days. HIGHLY recommend NexGen roofing!

Nexgen replaced the shingles on our family home in one day. They were professional and did what they said they would do. Cleaned up everything upon completion. Very satisfied.

Aaron Bethke and the rest of the NexGen crew were amazing to work with. Aaron was instrumental in helping me deal with a less than cooperative insurance company. Through an almost two year process Aaron communicated with me on all of the details. He is very knowledgeable and has good follow through.Getting a new roof is never a fun experience, this project included. The NexGen crew however, made this project doable. They were prompt, polite, clear and work extremely hard. They take the extra steps to make the he customer happy!

Moved up to Minnesota in November. House required all windows to be replaced. Brandon from Nex Gen exteriors responded promptly and offered a competitive quote. Followed my timeline for window installation so that the work wasn't being done in the dead of winter. Installation began right at the time I wanted to. The installation crew was fabulous and had no qualms about getting out of house with them on site. Job was completed on schedule and looked great. The price originally quoted was the exact price in the end. No hidden costs. Job was done on time regardless of the fact that the workers at times were playing with the dogs as work was proceeding outside. The dogs sure enjoyed the installation crew. Nex Gen also did not ask for payment of balance due for about 3 weeks to insure I was happy with everything that was done. Installed 2 entry doors in garage and function absolutely perfectly. Even the inspector that came out was very impressed with the job done asked who I hired. HIGHLY recommend.

Aaron and Next Gen staff have been great to work with! Aaron is a knowledgeable, caring, determined person that helped us through the hail damage insurance claim, which turned out to be very involved. He explained the process, he gave us good advice, he took lots of photos of our roof/siding to email for the claim and he met with the insurance people . The Next Gen roofing crew Aaron lined up were a hard working group of guys that got the job done efficiently and expertly in one day. They showed up early and worked hard until dark. We had a tree fall on our house and the team at NexGen was extremely quick to respond and ensure we would be protected before a significant snowstorm hit 24 hours later. They were great at communicating and setting expectations. It was reasonably priced and I appreciate how the entire team came together to ensure the project was handled properly. I recently had new insulation put in my attic and the company that did it could not confirm- even when they had removed my old insulation- if I had soffits or not for proper ventilation. Jake Torgerson from Nextgen Exteriors stopped by my house to assess my situation for me. After getting his ladder and taking a look around the exterior, it was his opinion that I was good as far as my soffit situation. I realize no work was done on my home, but what I want to share with others here is that Jake wasn’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need. That to me is the sign of a trustworthy businessman and someone who I would call if I needed their services again in the future.

I walked into their business and immediately was helped with my issue. I needed vents installed on my garage. Jake came right over to my home and started the process to get those installed. He reached out to me with a quote that was fantastic. They installed those vents in less than two weeks. A great experience!

Next gen did a great job. Excellent communication through the process. When part of the project was scheduled they showed up when promised. A great company to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Mike Besvold and his team have done an outstanding job inspecting the roof at our condo in Minnetonka. They inspect it twice a year—before and after winter—to ensure there are no issues. They have been providing this preventative maintenance for the past five years, helping us address potential problems before they arise. The workers were very clean, and did a wonderful job. Here every day until job was complete, and did a wonderful clean up job. The sales rep was very helpful on all information about siding and helping with selection of material.

We recently completed an update on our house. We had roof, siding, and gutter work. Chris from NexGen Exteriors. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism, thoroughly addressing all our questions, and the work performed has been of the highest quality.

STOP, don't look any further. NexGen Exteriors went above and beyond my expectations. A hail storm hit our house in September, I have never had to file a claim for storm damage to our home. I noticed John from NexGen on our neighbors roof, got his contact information, checkout the reviews online about NexGen and called John. That afternon John was on our roof and explained what he found. Now what? John explained the process with the insurance company and he worked with their roof inspectors. John explained the next steps to getting new roof and all the paperwork. The roofing crew was GREAT. The lead roofer Fu Man is very detail orientated as he said "Do it right the first time, I don't have to come back and repair it". The friendly and left the site clean. Adrian was check up multiple time to see how thing where going with the crew and with me, to see if I had any questions and support for addtional matterials. Both John and Adrian did a final inspection of the roof with me and I could not be happier. Since we where the first in the neighborhood to get a new roof due to the stop, several other homes will be getting roof installed by Nex Gen. Thanks again for great servce, start to finish. Contacted NexGen for service after a severe hail storm hit. The same storm also pushed a tree over onto the roof of our garage. The were very prompt and friendly and immediately got to work interacting with my insurance company for an assessment. That was successful and work was scheduled for the next week. John Stevens and Brandon O'Leary were very friendly and professional, great to work with.

I can't say enough in this text field to truly explain how much this company did for us. To sum it up, we had to fight State Farm over a year because of hail damage. NexGen was there for us the ENTIRE time providing guidance. Travis in particular just went beyond what I thought was possible in the contractor world. Always there to talk to us, answering redundant questions, and personally putting a stake in my family's situation. We won and wouldn't have been able to without them. Period. Fighting State Farm was exhausting but it would have been much more stressful had we been on our own. We probably wouldn't have known about the 1 year limit and ended up having to pay for a new roof. We have a 1 year old and new baby on the way, so I don't even want to think about what we would've done. But like I said, we won! Our roof is beautiful. Our gutters are precision. The crews were unbelievably fast, efficient, and respectful to our landscaping. They made sure to get in and take care of us ASAP. Thank you thank you thank you NexGen. No joke, they are literal heroes of their industry.

TRAVIS & ANDREA... THANK YOU! These two were there to help us through the entire process of dealing with State Farm for our new roof and gutters. In June of 2024, we had bad hail. The adjusters all agreed verbally, but the written reports never matched. We ended up going to appraisal with State Farm (after we disagreed with 3 adjusters) and Travis was kind and even helped pay for the fee (knowing we would win). We did win! Patience is key when waiting for appraisal, but once we got our award letter, Travis had us set up for a new roof and gutters within 2 weeks. There was no mess left behind (which I was fearful of since we just did new landscaping). The crews were fast and did a wonderful job. I will surely be referring NexGen, and specifically Travis, if my real estate clients are needing a referral. We cannot thank you all enough for helping us get through this painful process. But it was all worth it and it looks beautiful. I will add photos at a later date to show*
