Professional Roof Insurance Claims Assistance

Needed to get a new 3rd garage stall shingles, had multiple others bailout on me. From phone call to install was less than a week. Install is perfect. Couldn't be more happywith the service and work. 2 man crew was in and done in less than 4 hrs.

We had Jake come out to inspect the roof of our home. After the recent storms in our area coupled with the roofs being replaced around us, we were curious if we were in need of a new roof as well. There is always a level of skepticism that we as homeowners have when a company comes over to take a look and give you a quote, on almost anything these days. Are they feeding me a line here? Are they overselling to me to help their bottom line? So, we were pretty choosey when we picked NexGen to come look at our roof. We wanted a company that had a good reputation. Good reviews are always the first thing we read but we also asked around. I wanted to know from people I knew who they liked. There are a lot of good companies out there but to be honest I was looking for great. So after doing our research we reached out to Jake. He came highly recommended and the reviews for the company were nothing short of amazing. He promptly responded and kept amazing communication with us leading up to the visit. Upon his arrival he was courteous and personable. He explained what he would be doing and looking for and got to work. What we appreciated the most was his honesty. We do not need a new roof at this time and he explained what he did and checked to come to that conclusion. He was very thorough. I thought wow, this guy knows his stuff! He educated me in his explanation but it was not an overload of information. It was the perfect amount. We appreciate his time, expertise and honesty. We will definitely being calling NexGen for any of our exterior needs in the future. It's beyond comforting to have a company you can trust.
