Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience (exterior trades preferred)
- Motivated, competitive, and eager to grow within a company
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable performing home exterior inspections (must be OK with heights)
- Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess storm damage & retail projects
- Educate customers on insurance claims & exterior restoration
- Work closely with adjusters to finalize project scopes
- Use advanced technology (3D modeling, industry-specific software) to streamline project management
- Leverage company-provided leads and networking to build your book of business
