Nex Gen did the siding about 2 yrs ago. We sold the home, while having it inspected they noted some issues. I called and dealt with Hailey (the best Service Manager ever!) and Nex Gen stepped up, did repairs quickly. For a Nex level of service use Nex Gen!

Wry prompt response to initial estimate. Greg responded and went through the estimate with me. Excellent job throughout the whole process. Would definitely use them again and would recommend.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! I am a 70 year old widow just trying to stay in my home. I turned away several other roofing people who wanted to inspect my roof.... but there was something different about Matt Mildenberger.... he was not pushy, and I just trusted him right from the beginning. He inspected my roof on the house and garage, took pictures and marked the damage. He then explained and helped me through the process of filing a claim. Being my first claim in 40 years, I had lots of questions that were patiently answered. He came down and met the insurance adjuster and he kept in contact through the whole process. The crew were very knowledgeable and did a excellent job. Very thorough clean up. I am very happy with the work they did.

It all started with a knock on the door. It was Adrian from NexGen Exteriors. My neighbors were having their roof done because of a hail storm. Adrian asked if I would like to have him look at ours. After a few questions about NexGen I agreed.I am a retired remodeling contractor so I knew what to ask. I was impressed with Adrian’s knowledge about the business. We went with NexGen. We were hit by a once in a lifetime(I hope!) hail storm. In the next few days, we had several companies stop to access the damage. We were most impressed by Nex-Gen, and specifically Greg Berres. The crew that did the roofing was unbelievable! They did our home, garage and an outbuilding in one workday! The work was impeccable! If we ever have need again, we'll be calling Nex-Gen!

I have never experienced the amount of professionalism, kindness, timeliness, and incredible communication and compassion as I have with each and every employee at NexGen Exteriors. Within a day, Brian was at my small house taking measurements and melting my BIG fears. They treated me with utmost respect, dignity, and an integrity I have never experienced with any company. The roof was done and completed before my deadline and it looks fantastic! Fast, high quality, and clean work. Our roof was damaged by hail and NexGen was recommended to us by our insurance agent. I called NexGen in the AM and Brian McCollor was at our home later that same day to do an inspection. Brian met the adjuster at our home and helped us through the claims process. The insurance process took a considerable amount of time, but as soon as we were approved NexGen got us on the schedule and materials were delivered. Our roof was installed professionally in under 6 hours with minimal inconvenience. I definitely would recommend NexGen.

David was amazing to deal with, was very thorough in explaining the damage and my roof needed replaced. Given the circumstances of storm damage, I enjoyed working with David. He made the insurance claim process easy and quick.
