Hailey was an awesome addition to the NexGen team in 2022. She brought extensive experience in deck installs with her and we are very lucky to have someone so detail-oriented and dedicated on our team! Hailey was born and raised in Minnesota, and attended St. Cloud University for Environmental Engineering.

Hailey has three kids that keep her on her toes and share in her addiction to adopting animals! When not at NexGen, Hailey loves spending her time at the gym, hunting, fishing, snowboarding, or just being out in nature.
