Ben Kolles
Commercial Superintendent
Ben started out in the construction industry as a junior in high school through an apprenticeship program and now has 25+ years in the trades! NexGen is grateful to have him on board with his ability to set clear expectations on commercial sites, his strong determination and his positive attitude.
Ben was born and raised in Minnesota and graduated from Monticello High School. He has one son that is a freshman at Augsburg University and is having a blast playing basketball for them. In his free time Ben enjoys boating, soft and hard water fishing, basketball and hanging out up north as much as possible!
