STOP, don't look any further. NexGen Exteriors went above and beyond my expectations. A hail storm hit our house in September, I have never had to file a claim for storm damage to our home. I noticed John from NexGen on our neighbors roof, got his contact information, checkout the reviews online about NexGen and called John. That afternon John was on our roof and explained what he found. Now what? John explained the process with the insurance company and he worked with their roof inspectors. John explained the next steps to getting new roof and all the paperwork. The roofing crew was GREAT. The lead roofer Fu Man is very detail orientated as he said "Do it right the first time, I don't have to come back and repair it". The friendly and left the site clean. Adrian was check up multiple time to see how thing where going with the crew and with me, to see if I had any questions and support for addtional matterials. Both John and Adrian did a final inspection of the roof with me and I could not be happier. Since we where the first in the neighborhood to get a new roof due to the stop, several other homes will be getting roof installed by Nex Gen. Thanks again for great servce, start to finish. Contacted NexGen for service after a severe hail storm hit. The same storm also pushed a tree over onto the roof of our garage. The were very prompt and friendly and immediately got to work interacting with my insurance company for an assessment. That was successful and work was scheduled for the next week. John Stevens and Brandon O'Leary were very friendly and professional, great to work with.

TRAVIS & ANDREA... THANK YOU! These two were there to help us through the entire process of dealing with State Farm for our new roof and gutters. In June of 2024, we had bad hail. The adjusters all agreed verbally, but the written reports never matched. We ended up going to appraisal with State Farm (after we disagreed with 3 adjusters) and Travis was kind and even helped pay for the fee (knowing we would win). We did win! Patience is key when waiting for appraisal, but once we got our award letter, Travis had us set up for a new roof and gutters within 2 weeks. There was no mess left behind (which I was fearful of since we just did new landscaping). The crews were fast and did a wonderful job. I will surely be referring NexGen, and specifically Travis, if my real estate clients are needing a referral. We cannot thank you all enough for helping us get through this painful process. But it was all worth it and it looks beautiful. I will add photos at a later date to show*

I can't say enough in this text field to truly explain how much this company did for us. To sum it up, we had to fight State Farm over a year because of hail damage. NexGen was there for us the ENTIRE time providing guidance. Travis in particular just went beyond what I thought was possible in the contractor world. Always there to talk to us, answering redundant questions, and personally putting a stake in my family's situation. We won and wouldn't have been able to without them. Period. Fighting State Farm was exhausting but it would have been much more stressful had we been on our own. We probably wouldn't have known about the 1 year limit and ended up having to pay for a new roof. We have a 1 year old and new baby on the way, so I don't even want to think about what we would've done. But like I said, we won! Our roof is beautiful. Our gutters are precision. The crews were unbelievably fast, efficient, and respectful to our landscaping. They made sure to get in and take care of us ASAP. Thank you thank you thank you NexGen. No joke, they are literal heroes of their industry.

Tim and crew did a wonderful job installing new windows in our home. They were clean, efficient, and professional while doing so. I value Tim's open line of communication throughout the process!

Greg B gets all five stars for how proactive he was and always having a great attitude! There were some hiccups with other people, but Greg was fantastic across the board and I recommend working with him if you have roofing needs!

We are very satisfied with how our roofing and partial residing turned out. Aaron was was excellent from beginning until the job was completed. He even brought damages to the insurance company ‘s attention that was not part of Nexgen’s estimate. He really made us feel that we were NexGen’s priority. He even liked our dogs. 😀. Jake was super professional and very prompt with communication. Got an inspection on my roof, a quote and had work done in no time. The crew was awesome and cleaned up very well after work was done. Recommend 10/10

NexGen and Cody were great to work with. Cody was very responsive and willing to travel all the way to us to meet with us and discuss options. He also did all the work with the insurance company to get us the most possible for our hail claim. The install of our new roof on 3 separate buildings was all done in just one day. I would highly recommend working with NexGen.

My husband and I worked with Cody Utsch on our roof repair. He was kind and relatable and did not push us on anything we didnt feel comfortable with like many other companies did. He helped us file the claim and met with the insurance adjuster. We got a new roof very quickly once the paperwork was filed and all the work was done well. We ended up not getting us much from insurance so NEXGEN held the price firm for us with no supplements to keep our out of pocket costs down.

I needed new gutter downspouts and they did a great job. They had solid communication, a competitive price and their timeline was quick, even with it being a busy spring. They also consulted me on future exterior improvements I may want to consider. Thanks again to Travis and the team!

We had a great experience with NexGen reshingling and fixing our roof. Wonderful to have them come in morning and already done in evening and they cleaned everything up perfectly. Our roof looks awesome and love the contrasting colors. David was great to work with and made things smooth and easy. Highly recommend NexGen! They are such hard workers!

All homeowners know the routine of having a roofing company randomly knock on your door and thinking do I really want to do this right now and who is this company. Well we are so glad we took the time to meet with Aaron Bethke and David Erbstoesser with NexGen Exteriors. Both of these guys took the time to inspect our house and garage roof thoroughly, showing us pictures of the hail damage and then walking us through the process with our insurance and the quality we can expect with their company. Making us very comfortable with our decision to move forward. The day of installation went seamless. The crew was courteous, knowledgeable, careful with the landscaping and meticulous with clean up. Throughout the day Aaron stopped by as well as another NexGen project manager multiple times to check on the project. When the project was completed the yard was cleaned up and the roof looked great! We appreciated all the NexGen crew and their role in making this a great experience from start to finish. We would and have recommended NexGen Exteriors to anyone contemplating a roofing project. From the moment I started talking with Mike K I felt comfortable with NexGen. (I'd already turned a couple companies away because I just didn't feel good about the guy who came to my door.) Everything went smoothly, from inspection and insurance work to roofing and cleanup. They were careful with the landscaping and the cleanup was awesome. The new shingles look great. I'd definitely recommend them if you need new a new roof.

Travis did an excellent job working with our insurance adjuster. He was professional, responsive to our concerns, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Our home, built in 1898, had several areas that were not up to code, and Travis went above and beyond to ensure everything was brought up to modern standards. Highly recommend his services!

We had storm damage to our roof. Aaron Bethke with NexGen stopped and asked if he could take a look at our roof for damage. I was a bit reluctant but we have never been in the situation of filing an insurance claim for storm damage. I said sure. I am so glad that we let him. Aaron pointed out where and how much damage we had and the next steps we should take. From that point on you could say the rest is History. These guys worked their tails off for us! They went to bat with our insurance company and never gave up on us. After 2 denials from our insurance company for hail damage to the roof, we finally got it covered. Mike worked with us very closely and advocated for us beyond what most sales people would do. This is NOT a storm-chasing group, they are the real deal. I highly recommend them. A+++

Nextgen Exteriors was able to come to our house and replace our roof after we had major hail damage. I can’t say enough how good Aaron Bethke was during this entire process. Nex Gen did the siding about 2 yrs ago. We sold the home, while having it inspected they noted some issues. I called and dealt with Hailey (the best Service Manager ever!) and Nex Gen stepped up, did repairs quickly. For a Nex level of service use Nex Gen!
